King Soopers/Kroger Customer Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements:
For taking part in the King Soopers Customer Satisfaction Survey and enter the applicable monthly drawing you will need to
- Be a legal resident of the 50 US (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state at the time to enter into the sweepstakes.
- Must not be an employee, officer, director of King Soopers, and Kroger Family of Companies or any other agencies and companies associated with them. Also not be an immediate family member of those persons or anyone living in the same household.
- Visit a King Soopers location or a participating Kroger grocery retailer most recently.
- Make an eligible purchase to receive a valid receipt with or without an online survey invite printed on it during the sweepstakes period.
- Complete the survey in the next 7 days of the date of purchase mentioned on the receipt used for the online survey.
Steps to Enter King Soopers Customer Survey Monthly Sweepstakes:
Online and Mail-In, both methods are available to join the King Soopers Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes: the only difference is that online, you need a survey receipt. And for write-in, you do not need that. You can prefer any of these two entries as per your convenience. Below are guidelines for both of them.
Online Entry
- Visit the website printed on your King Soopers cash register receipt or survey invitation. Or, go to www.krogerfeedback.com.
- Enter the Date, Time, and Entry ID in their respective fields from your receipt. (See the sample receipt image given on the right-hand side of the page to locate those details on the receipt if you have any problem finding them).
- Click on the “I do not have a survey Entry ID on my receipt” link under the entry fields if your receipt does not contain a survey code.
- Then enter the Store Phone Number, Date, and Time of your visit from your King Soopers receipt as shown in the example on the right of the page.
- Click the “Start” button.
- Respond to several questions based on your most recent experience with King Soopers.
- Upon completion, you will be prompted to submit the requested information to get an entry for the random drawing applicable to that Monthly Entry Period.

Mail-In Entry
Have not made any purchase at King Soopers? Or, did not have the receipt? In that event, you can enter into the King Soopers Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes by mail. In this method, you do not require to make a qualifying purchase at King Soopers or completing any survey. All you need to do is handprint your name, complete address, age, and telephone number on a postcard, and send it to the following mailing address.
