- Submit when you finish. And you will be prompted to complete an online entry form to be eligible for the applicable sweepstakes drawing period.

Have not received a receipt with a survey invitation from Walmart? You still can participate in the Walmart Sweepstakes. For that, you can
- Go to the same Walmart Survey page at survey.walmart.com
- Navigate to the bottom and click on the respective link under the entry field.
- Click on the “Begin Survey” button.
- Select the state, city, and store name of Walmart that you visited last.
- Click the “Next” button again to start the survey.
- Rate your satisfaction; answer the questions you will be asked and enter the required details.
- Upon completion, you will receive one free entry to the Walmart sweepstakes.

To Enter with Email Survey Invite:
The customers, who have made any online purchase at Walmart.com or Walmart Grocery or Mobile website, may receive a survey invitation via email. If you are one of those recipients, you can join the sweepstakes too.
For that, you need to click the unique survey URL found on your Walmart Survey Invite Email. Provide the required details to take the survey. Complete the survey entirely. With no purchase and no online survey, you can take part in the Walmart Sweepstakes using the mail-in or write-in entry method. To do so, take a postcard or card, no smaller than 3½”×5” and no longer than 4¼”×6”. Legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on it. Mail the card with proper postage to the following address.
