How to Take the JCPenney Customer Satisfaction Survey Online:
If you are an eligible JCPenney customer with all the requisites mentioned above, you can take the JCPenney Store Online Survey. To begin the survey, you can
- Visit the specific Survey URL on your JCPenney receipt. Or go to www.jcpenney.com/survey
- Enter the 22-digit survey Access Code from your receipt. The number can be located at the bottom of the receipt.
- If you cannot find the code on your JCPenney receipt, hover your mouse pointer on the question mark icon below the entry field. A sample receipt image indicating the info will come to your view.
- Click the “Start” button.
- Fill out the survey as per your JCPenney store visit experience
- Upon completion, you will receive a Validation Code displayed on your screen.
Write down the code on your original JCPenney receipt which has the survey invitation. Present the coded receipt to redeem your offer on the receipt.
Note that, only one survey per household is permitted in any 30-day period. And the validation code expires after a certain period of time. Make sure, you redeem the offer before that date.
