There are two prizes available for two categories. Each of them consists of a $5000 Home Depot Gift Card. One is given to the Consumer Category Prize Winner. And another one is for Professional Category Prize Winner.
What You Need to Take Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Survey:
To take part in the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, you need to follow some rules and requirements. Like you
- Must be a permanent legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, including the US Virgin Islands and Guam and excluding Puerto Rico.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time to enter the sweepstakes.
- Must not be an employee, officer, directors of Home Depot and its associated companies or the immediate family members or person living in the same household of any such person
- Visit a participating Home Depot retail location or go online at homedepot.com. Make a qualifying transaction to obtain a receipt containing a unique User ID and Password to enter the online survey.
- Complete the survey within 14 days from the date of the transaction. After that, the receipt will expire.
Additional Requirement
As there are two categories in the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes: Consumer category and Professional category. To participate in the Professional Category sweepstakes, you must be an eligible individual who meets certain criteria.
It requires that you must be employed as a General Contractor, Remodeler, Building Operator, Handyman, Building or Construction worker, Real Estate or Rental Property Manager, Special Tradesman including plumber, electrician, etc.
How to Complete the Home Depot Survey Online:
Online and Write-In Entry: either of the two ways, you can enter into the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes. For online entry, you must have a valid and recent Home Depot receipt.
Online Entry
- Go to the Home Depot Survey Site at www.homedepot.com/survey
- Select your preferred language from the list if you want to change the default one.
- Click the “Begin Survey” button.
- Enter the Zipcode or postal code of your primary residence and click the “Next” button.
- Submit the User ID and Password from your Home Depot purchase receipt.
- Complete the entire survey. An incomplete survey will not receive the sweepstakes entry.
- After you complete the survey in its entirety, you will be prompted to fill out a sweepstakes entry form.
- Click the “Next” button to receive your entry to the Home Depot Sweepstakes.
Mail-In Entry
If you do not want to make an eligible Home Depot transaction or completing an online survey, you can also participate in the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes. For that, you need to take the Alternative Method of Entry by mail.
In Mail-In entry, you have to a 3”×5” card and legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, email address, telephone number including area code, and mention the category (either consumer or pro). then mail it in a business-size envelope to the following address.

Useful information about Home Depot Survey Sweepstakes:
- You may only enter one category in the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes
- If you enter the sweepstakes via the online survey, you will automatically be placed in the correct category based on the information you provide in the survey process.
- The mail entrants must provide their category preference at the write-in sweepstakes entry request.
- Irrespective of the entry method, there is a limit of 45 entries per person in the entire sweepstakes period.
- Two prize winners, one from Consumer Category and one from Pro Category, will be selected in the random drawing.
- Each of the two winners will receive a $5000 Home Depot Gift Card.
- Winners will be notified within 5 days of the Draw Date. And the prize will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks after the necessary verification.
