- Enter your 17-digit Survey Code in the first field and then select the Time from your receipt.
- If you do not have a survey code on your KFC receipt, click the respective link above the entry field on the first page of My KFC Experience Survey.
- Enter the Store Number; select the Date and Time and type the Ticket Number from your KFC receipt. (Look at the sample KFC receipt image to find all the required details on your original receipt)
- Click the “Start” button to complete the survey.
